Position Description
George Weston Bakeries is now part of Bimbo Bakeries USA. We are a 4 billion dollar fresh baked goods company with such brands as Arnold, Thomas, Entenmanns, Tia Rosa, Bimbo, Freihofers, Stroehmann, Marinela, Boboli, Mrs. Bairds and more. Currently we are looking for a Production Manager in our Greenwich, CT Bakery.
The Production Manager will be responsible for managing production supervisory staff and interfacing with all departments.
Responsibilities include managing approximately 200 hourly employees, 11 supervisors and coordinate all manufacturing activities with other functional areas, with a focus on improved quality & performance.
This position reports to the Plant Manager.
Position Requirements
7-10 years management experience, minimum of 3 years baking industry related experience.
Bachelors Degree or AIB residency required.
