(Navy) Business and Financial Analyst Job ID: 10971 Location: DC - Washington Full/Part Time: Full-Time Regular/Temporary: Regular Previous Page Responsibilities Under direct supervision, executes plans, schedules and budgets in accordance with client requirements. Provides direct client support to program plans, budgets and funds execution documentation. Uses quantitative analytical techniques to assist the Engagement Manager and Client to assess program process issues and develop risk reduction/mitigation approaches for improving program planning, control, and execution. Participates in planning meetings with Engagement Manager and Client to establish program goals and priorities. Serves as a resource for execution of program priorities. Develops documentation, reports, and project plans and prepares and may present briefings and staff seminars. Assists with proposal effort Must be able to obtain government security clearance (Secret) Qualifications Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in related discipline plus 1 to 3 years directly related experience in program planning, administration, budgets, and development. In some cases, educational requirements may be adjusted or waived for more than 5 years applicable work experience. Work experience may be adjusted for highly specialized knowledge or uniquely applicable experience for positions involving new technology or labor market shortages.
