Mgr-Collections Team AutoReqId 118003BR Responsibilities This position is in the legal collections team and will take you into a highly collaborative environment, interacting with and influencing senior leaders across American Express and also with top management of external collection agencies. The team is responsible for driving collections through the legal channel. Key responsibilities include - . End to end management of assigned legal agency including driving performance through close monitoring and in-depth review on operational metrics & procedures to improve agencys performance. This will include frequent visits to agency sites and monitoring their strategy execution and other operational processes. . Monitoring, measuring and driving legal agency strategy and performance. . Strong communication skills to effectively communicate through both verbal and written correspondence. . Good relationship and collaboration skills. Able to confidently interact with senior management of agency, and work effectively with various departments to ensure timely project delivery. . Ability to incorporate both analytical and operational aspects into business thinking and solution . Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) Additional Skills: . Experience in performing data analysis utilizing tools like SAS and SQL.
