Play a key role in our future success: Job Description The HRIS Specialist role is a functional expert on all HRIS applications and services. The role will be responsible for the support, analysis, documentation, training and functional integrity of the HR system portfolio, including but not limited to Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Self-Service, Performance Management and Recruiting for the Corporate office and field operations. Because this role will be working primarily in the Human Resources Information Systems department the role requires an individual who has a strong understanding of HR practices as well as a strong commitment to system integrity and confidentiality. Recipe to Succeed: Desired candidate for this position would be a self-motivated fast learner with proven technical skills and excellent time management and organization skills. Strong hands on experience in working with Microsoft Excel and Access is required. Human Resources or Payroll and or SAP HR experience are a plus, but not required. Looking for a candidate with the ability to effectively manage their time, multi-task and work with sensitivity with regard to confidential information. Ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills as they will be dealing with all levels of the organization. Necessary Ingredients: * Bachelors Degree required * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access * Excellent and proven organizational skills * Proficiencies in oral and written communication * Proficiency in SAP desired but not required * Possesses basic to intermediate knowledge of Human Resources and Information Technology * Fluency in Spanish preferred * HTML skills a plus Great People.
