Based in Bridgewater, NJ the selected candidate will be responsible for the set-up, configuration and operation of the Clinical IVR system. Technical Consultants further ensure that systems are meeting the documented SLAs. Will also provide customer support and work on system implementations when necessary.

Our qualifications include:
• Bachelor’s degree and/or proven demonstrated system configuration skills or experience within the industry.
• Minimum of two years experience in pharmaceutical or technology field (or related industry experience)
• Java development skills and Oracle Database programming experience required; strong general development skills across any other development environments a plus; SQL, .NET, XML, vXML and/or IVR experience preferred
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical drug development process
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
