Senior Java Developer:
Perform product analysis and development tasks of increasingly complex nature which may require extensive research and analysis under supervision of technical lead.

Experience and Qualifications:
Able to interpret business requirements and programming specifications to write Java programs that solve business needs.
Significant exposure to and demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of programming and analysis, including design factors, software requirements, systems facilities, and execution protocols.
Architecture design of multi-tiered client/server applications.
Ability to work on aggressive schedules, may require occasional work beyond normal hours (weekends or evenings)
Must be well acquainted with MVC architecture and EJB.

Required Skills:
4-5 years Java development
2+ year J2EE, EJB, JDBC
JBoss, HTML/ Javascript, Eclipse, JUnit
Experience with XP and Linux operating systems
Experience with servlets
Experience with Configuration management tool such as ClearCase
Experience with Object Oriented design
