Must have Broker Dealer experience! Execute SOX, financial, and operational audits .Prepare detailed audit workpapers documenting results of tests performed .Evaluate adequacy of existing financial and operational procedures and controls as well as identify operational inefficiencies or potential business improvement opportunities .Present audit findings and testing results both orally and in writing to Management .Formulate recommendations and solutions based upon exceptions or differences noted .Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business process owners .Follow-up on remedial action taken to resolve reported audit findings and recommendations.
