Recruiter Location Washington, DC Job Type Human Resources Status Open CTC is seeking a savvy Recruiter with proven experience sourcing, contacting, closing, and hiring highly cleared Intelligence Analysts and Software Engineers in the DC area. The candidate of choice must have experience utilizing out of the box networking (both social and in person) strategies and a variety of non-conventional sourcing channels. The qualified candidate will possess 5 + years of full life cycle recruitment in a Professional Services/ Government Consulting Organization, the ability to design and execute staffing plans and sourcing strategies, the proven ability to understand clients technical/functional hiring needs and translate those needs into effective, innovative, and efficient candidate generation strategies. The successful individual will have a strong phone presence and assertive candidate contacting and closing capabilities and have demonstrated prior experience as a strategic partner and consultant to the business/teams. The selected applicant will possess a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related discipline, the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, high volume, fluid environment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a client focus with a sense of urgency as it relates to filling staffing requirements and building candidate pipelines. Travel is required mainly to Johnstown, PA and Charlottesville, VA up to 40% of the time, as needed. A current, active, TS/SCI FS Polygraph is highly preferred.
