We are currently seeking a Document and Records Management Architect to join us in our Woodcliff Lake office. Responsibilities: . Influence the document and records management application landscape that enables applications to be fully integrated, that enables projects to build on a common understanding of data and that enables lines of business to build applications that have common understanding of data definitions and structures . Align the management of data and information to the firms business strategy interpreting and addressing business requirements . Design shared information environments such as web and intranet communities, data flows, document management (DM), records management (RM) and help to ensure the security of business information at every point in the architecture . Help to ensure the successful technical deployment of information and content management systems including DM and RM within member firm and regional organizations, working with business analysts, application owners, functional and geographic business teams, and Information Technology (IT) organizations throughout the product lifecycle as the primary contact for DM and RM solutions . Partner with IT and development organizations to participate in the firms technology standardization process, focusing on information and content management

Qualifications: . Eight years of progressive experience in architecting, designing, and deploying information and content management systems including DM/RM, business intelligence (BI), and Master Data Management (MDM) solutions with a clear understanding of data structures . Five years of experience designing enterprise systems for large-scale globally available applications . Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university in Computer Science or related field . Strong experience as primary technical leader on successful large application development projects with the ability to manage resources and multiple projects simultaneously . Proven experience with Document and Records Management technologies; WorkSite is preferred . Working knowledge of the Microsoft platform: IIS, .NET, Web Services, SQL Server, SharePoint, etc. . Knowledge of application, database, system, and network design with a strong understanding of enterprise standard design / development tools and methodologies (i.e. UML, BPM, VS.NET, Zachman, TOGAF) . Experience evaluating and integrating third party products such as workflow and orchestration engines, Practice management Systems, and Portals . Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with various levels in a global organization .
