Overview:
This Project Manager position requires Marketing Program Operations, Reporting and Project Management abilities to support the execution of marketing communications via
Support CRP Manager for approval of member communications.
Manage the daily ‘File Release Process’ for member communications to ensure SOP adherence.
Audit Communication SOP’s and supporting approval processes.
Track and maintain release and defect reports via MRM software


Primary Job Responsibilities:
Management Responsibilities for Release Management
o Support CRP sessions to ensure the use of approved list pull and production vendors.
o Manage Communication file release sessions confirming SOP’s were met, providing final approval to release data to vendors.

Management Responsibilities for Process Oversight and Control
o Ensure compliance to Marketing Operations SOP’s.
o Execution of QC deliverables (QC reports and control plans).
o Analysis of control metrics to identify gaps and non compliance to Marketing Operations SOP’s.
o Execution of defined SOP's for quality control, sign off and tracking of communications.
o Execute training and support for understanding to release processes and procedures.
o Train and coach process owners to SOP use.

Qualifications
o 5 years marketing operations project management experience
o Expertise with the use of Unica Affinium Plan (MRM Software).
o Familiarity with SDLC and QC processes and methodologies.
o Familiarity with Six Sigma a plus.
o Familiarity with research products and direct marketing campaigns.
o Quick learner desire to enhance skill set as Enterprise Reporting Package (Cognos) user.
o Strong written and oral communications skills.
o Strong Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
o Understanding of Marketing Operations processes.
