SUMMARY Outstanding opportunity to develop and lead new corporate-wide marketing initiative. Direct the development, design, execution and analysis of marketing strategies and loyalty initiatives designed to increase customer retention and sales through a corporate CRM plan of targeted one-to-one programs. Provide business partner leadership for development/installation of CRM infrastructure.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Develop, launch, and maintain marketing loyalty programs including program benefits, rules consumer communication plans, execution and ongoing initiatives. Specific program responsibilities include: -Development of loyalty program strategy. -Creation, production and distribution of program benefits/offers and consumer communications. -Organization and direction of cross functional teams to execute programs. Teams include areas such as IT, Advertising, Operations, Customer Service, Category Management, and Legal. -Regular reporting and complete analysis of programs and recommendations for all aspects of the programs.
2. Develop and maintain a CRM multi-channel communication plan including direct mail, email, widget-based, mobile text, and voice through: - 1 to 1 consumer communication and individual marketing programs; - Vendor-funded communications. - Permission-based, promotional and event-driven communications;
3. Develop and execute marketing programs designed to: - Grow the customer database. - Append information on the existing customer database.
4. Partner with IT in the development and implementation of CRM IT infrastructure.
REQUIREMENTS - Seven or more years experience with CRM initiatives at a management level - Thorough understanding of database marketing and experience with e-mail software - Proficient with the MS Office Suite and database analysis tools. - Strong sense of urgency and purpose. - Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks/projects and to lead a cross functional team. - Committed to providing superior customer service to internal and external customers. - Retail experience is preferred.
