Salary Range: 70K-90K

# Supports risk management initiatives as they occur. Assists with the education and training of new hires regarding general risk management concepts, Assists in the facilitation of business. Assists in the development, implementation and promulgation of enterprise risk management In core business units by establishing and maintaining effective relationships and ensuring the appropriate tone. Must be able to produce positive and proactive results as well as communicate with senior management.

This highly visible position offers challenges and the chance to advance to higher levels in the company. Must be able to take direction from senior management and produce results within deadline. Strong negotiation skills are vital. The right candidate will meet challenges head on and find solutions to complex problems. Must have financial or banking experience with a proven track record of success. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
