Responsibilities We are looking for an aggressive, results-driven Business Development Manager for our rapidly expanding Internet Marketing Services portfolio. You will be responsible for selling Milestone products and services to hotels, brands, management companies and ownership groups. The selling process includes responding to incoming leads that are generated through our marketing efforts, direct sales to hotels, selling to hotel coops, tradeshows, etc. You will be expected to make presentations, demonstrate internet marketing concepts and present proposals to clients. The person in this role will also be responsible for conducting educational seminars for different brands and lodging industry groups and have the opportunity to establish themselves as the internet expert in the market. This is a field position and will be based out of the Mid Atlantic in major hotel hubs such as Washington DC, Baltimore, etc. and will be responsible for sales activities in the Mid Atlantic region. Qualifications: We are seeking an aggressive person with strong and proven sales skills and ability to build strong long-lasting relationships with clients. Current relationships in the lodging industry are a strong plus. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment is needed. Bachelors degree or equivalent needed. 5-10 years of relevant experience preferred. Strong communication and computer skills needed. 20-30% travel is required.
