Primary Responsibilities PDE (Prescription Drug Event) Reporting and Reconciliation ? Improve PDE reporting and assist with managing reconciliation process. DIR ? (Direct and Indirect Remuneration) - Interact with business owners and IT to produce quarterly and annual DIR reports and manage/track any changes. Rebate Reports ? Work with Formulary, Reporting, and IT to produce accurate reports on a quarterly basis. Overpayment Reporting ? Automate process to identify and report overpayments by Clients. Support different areas within the organization with complete internal and external client-based analyses using analytical processes that are efficient, accurate and reproducible. Manage all phases of the analytical process including; ? Interfacing with internal account management teams as well as product owners to assess needs and build appropriate business requirements ? Develop data modeling methodologies ? Generate and interpret results ? Present results and recommendations back to the account management teams and product owners Qualifications: Qualifications ? Bachelors? Degree and 1-3 years related experience. ? PBM and/or Medicare Part D experience preferred, but not required. ? Excellent analytical, technical and communication skills; o Experience using data analysis software (SQL/SAS/MS Excel required; SAS SAS Macro preferred, MS Access) o Relational database experience ? Ability to work cross-functionally and interface with all levels of the organization. ? Self starter, able to work independently, on multiple projects simultaneously, efficiently and effectively in a fast paced environment, able to anticipate issues and take initiative to resolve them. ? Manage numerous projects concurrently and prioritize tasks ?
