Position Purpose: Prepare analysis documents as defined by the Development Lead. Translate business requirements of low to moderate complexity to detailed design specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Write detailed program specifications of moderate to high complexity from design
specifications.
• Write code components of low to high complexity matching detailed specifications.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure software quality.
• Write and maintain software documentation.
• Preferred technology skills:
Net Framework
C# or VB.Net
Cold Fusion MX
XML
ASP.Net
SQL Server and/or Sybase database
Java and Oracle database are a plus

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years experience in systems analysis and applications programming development
• Work with all project team(s) members and all support groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven organizational, math and analytical skills
