POSITION SUMMARY: Partner with Sales and Customer Delivery Team members to manage documentation, book and fund SMB Lease deals. Special projects, as needed. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist Sales in pursuing new business Assist Sales with opportunity assessment Collaborate with Sales in managing relations with the customer, HP and Resellers Administer add-on or follow-on business Enter customer and transaction information required for lease administration activities (contract generation, booking, funding) in systems Responsible for completion of asset level detail entry (entry may be outsourced) Arrange to receive and proactively manage/reconcile supplier invoices (HP or external Suppliers) Prepare package for compliance review Prepare booking and funding packages Track deal funding to completion of payment Respond to customer inquiries Coordinate/follow-up/reconcile on activities necessary for deal processing Conduct initial and final compliance review pursuant to Schedule of Authorization Check customer and supplier against Sanctioned Parties List at time of funding and booking Support testing of new systems releases as requested Scan documents into system Share accountability with colleagues in Customer Delivery Team to optimize customer experience and achieve team goals Complete Post Booking adjustments (as required) Issue Vendor Authorization Letter or Shipping Authorization Letter (VAL and SAL) Work within Schedule of Authorization Reseller support (for web based deals); act as first point of contact YOUR PROFILE: Minimum 1 year comparable experience Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in a related field preferred Proven ability to work in a team environment Customer focused approach and good problem solving skills required Excellent organizational, planning, prioritization and follow up skills Ability to multi-task and work independently in a dynamic environment Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Demonstrated ability to take feedback constructively Strong PC Skills with experience in a Windows environment Analytical experience in the financial services industry a plus Basic understanding of contracts in the financial services industry a plus
