The Account Manager is expected to consistently set an example as a high performing team member to manage complex client interaction. The AM must have a positive and constructive approach when dealing with others and the ability to use influence and organizational dynamics effectively for positive results. The Account Manager must be able to resolve complex issues/problems while weighing risks and considering alternatives for the client or Medco. Key to the Account Managers success is the ability to consistently demonstrate forward thinking based on an understanding of Medco and the clients needs when presenting ideas/solutions. Must demonstrate; the ability to articulate objectives and manage expectations of clients and internal contacts, the ability to communicates effectively in highly visible situations and must be able to comply with all SOPs while delivering excellent service to our clients. Qualifications: *Position-Franklin Lakes, NJ or Richmond, VA* Qualifications: ? 3-4 years client related experience in a complex environment ? Experience working on a cross-functional team ? Experience in analyzing complex data and offering recommendations for solutions ? Strong PC skills ? Customer service orientation and strong relationship management skills ? Strong verbal and written communication skills ? Strong organization skills ? Client presentation experience ? Project management skills as well as experience using formal SOPs ?
