Job Responsibilities As AP Manager, your duties will include the following: - Oversee accounts payable department, with a staff of eight - Manage positive pay upload to banks - Oversee all invoice and check processing, including 2 large check runs each week - Build strong relationships with vendors - Month-end reconciliations, accruals, and projects - Verify invoice coding, manage the check run process, and mentor staff - Process all 1099s Job Requirements - Bachelors degree highly preferred; big plus if you have an Accounting degree - Multi-unit experience required - Hands-on experience 5 or more years - System experience with Lawson is preferred - You thrive in a high volume, fast-paced environment - Strong excel skills See above
