Position EKG Technician Location Buffalo General Hospital Department 14134 - BGH EKG Recruiter Monique Fitch Union/Non-Union Union Shift Days Scheduled Work Hours 7-3 8-4 Status Temporary Bi-Weekly Hours 75 Grade T5 Auto req ID 16978BR Job Description Performs medically prescribed electrocardiography procedures including electrocardiograms, stress testing (regular, nuclear, dobutamine), signal average electrocardiograms, holter monitors and event monitors. These procedures are performed throughout the patient population; inpatient and outpatient, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric. Participates in a team oriented, patient focused delivery of care model and assists in other areas of the Non-Invasive Cardiology Laboratory. Minimum or Preferred Qualifications Certificate in Electrocardiography required.
