* High School/GED * The Cook is responsible for assisting the chef in the total preparation and cooking of all food stuffs. Required to prepare all items to be served at the proper temperature at prescribed times. Will also be required to work varying hours to adequately meet the staff and service needs of this department. Job Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required. Successfully completed one full year technical school training (food production, quantity foods) and one year work experience in institutional quantity food preparation. (Or two years successful completion technical school training(food production, quantity foods) OR two years of institutional quantity food preparation work experience.)
