Responsible for the day to day business execution of aspects of the IT professional services business area within the Federal Health Information Technology (HIT) sector within CHSS. The successful candidate will report directly to VP of HIT Government Solutions and will actively participate in HIT Government Solutions decision making in order to achieve established financial performance, customer satisfaction, business capture objectives and people initiatives. The selected candidate will successfully lead staff to achieve results and will work collaboratively and effectively across HIT, CHSS and GDIT divisions to achieve goals. Leadership, teambuilding, collaboration and communication skills are required for this position. The ability to grow and foster relationships with both existing and new customers is a must. This role is responsible for approximately 200 current employees plus subcontractors and consultants and $50 million in 2010 revenue goals. Requires MS/MBA degree. Bachelors degree will be considered if experience is deemed appropriate. Requires 15+ years experience. Additional responsibilities include understanding HITs capabilities and presenting these capabilities to government and commercial clients and industry partners; managing and growing the business development pipeline; working effectively and collaboratively with Business Development to achieve growth targets; proactively identifying, developing and mentoring future leaders; effectively managing teaming relationships and establishing, maintaining and delivering on revenue forecasts.
