The candidate will participate in modeling and analyzing the architectural layers of business, data, applications, services, and technology and security. He or she will apply the Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework (FEAF) methodologies and approaches to address client objectives and drive EA toward business results. The Enterprise Architect will participate in stakeholder work sessions that are focused on documenting enterprise-wide transitioning decisions. The Architect will work closely with the configuration management team to ensure that all configuration items are accurately captured and documented in the EA model. Working with the Senior Enterprise Architect, he/she will be responsible for the development of reports to support operational and tactical decisions of the IT environment. Requires BS/BA degree. Bachelors degree in an information management related field, such as organization development, information management, management science, or information technology etc. Requires 5-8 years experience. 5-8 years of experience in multiple IT areas and/or enterprise architecture concepts.(Business, Performance and Information related products/concepts in particular). 3+ years of experience with Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework (FEAF), Federal Segmented Architecture Methodology (FSAM) , Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). Ability to apply core skills toward the business and IT transformation of large organizations, including modeling and analyzing an organizations mission and goals, business functions, data, applications, and systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and cohesively in a team environment. Experience working for government as a contractor or similar environment.
