Our Technology & Management Solutions group is growing and we are currently seeking a Business Analyst. You will work with project manager to support IT tracking, testing, and user support. This position will be on client site in the DC Metro area. Basic systems support tasks include: * Work with stakeholders of IT systems to develop requests for both content and functionality changes * Develop concepts and requirements for using new Web 2.0 tools on Federal Web sites * Track changes through implementation, keeping stakeholders notified of anticipated completion dates * Test completed changes and notify stakeholders once they are complete * Support users (both client and customers) through training, as well as providing one-on-one technical assistance * Develop an understanding of the client processes and procedures and assist with making improvements * Create ad hoc reports upon client request Responsibilities and project tasks will change over time. Required skills: * Bachelors degree * A minimum of 2 years of experience * Strong communications skills * Customer service focus * Strong attention to detail * Ability to work independently and with a team * Ability to multi-task * Solid MS Office Skills Desired skills: * Consulting experience * Requirements gathering ICF International offers an excellent benefits package and competitive salary.
