Maintenance Technician

Position Requirements Training and/or expertise qualifiying the individual to operate and maintain the elecrical and mechanical systems within the nursing center. Lifting 50 pounds maximum with frequesnt lifting, moving and/or caryying of objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Exerting considerable force frequently, and or intermediate force constantly to move objects and residents.
