Organization: Health & Public Service Location: Arlington, VA (Clarendon)/Washington DC The Health & Public Service operating group serves health organizations, government agencies, institutions and nonprofit organizations worldwide providing a broad range of consulting, technology, system integration and business processing services. Service Delivery professionals are responsible for providing service delivery across the breadth of offerings such as accounting, information technology, application development and maintenance, helpdesk services, procurement, learning and training, and human resources. The work that is performed by our delivery professionals may serve one or more clients concurrently and they may be located directly at a client site or within our global delivery network. The ECDS Business Analyst will serve as a member of the Enterprise Capability Delivery Services team. Specific responsibilities include: * Develop processes (including requirements gathering, facilitating client meetings, building H/M/L flows, developing Standard Operating Procedures and testing) for operations ensuring process changes are well thought out by all parties involved and documented. * Create communications (including emails, briefings, marketing materials, etc.) for employees and customers, ensuring that timely and targeted messages are received via the appropriate vehicles that raise awareness and invoke commitment. * Responsible for gathering and documenting system requirements, conducting testing, and providing general systems support. * Developing training material, leading the training sessions and supporting users. * Work closely with the communications, systems, process, and training teams to provide specific and ad-hoc deliverables to the client. * Develop working knowledge of processes and technology * Create supporting materials such as scope documents, client presentations, etc. * Provide status to team lead, noting accomplishments and issues if needed Qualifications Basic Qualifications: * Bachelors degree or 3 years related experience * TS/SCI Security Clearance Preferred Qualifications: * BPR or related business skills/experience * Knowledge of CIO Organizations * Supply Chain Management - Service Delivery Management * Change Management experience (i.e Training, communication, organizational change) Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
