Description: - Inside Property Claim Trainee (0008T1) Job Description Inside Property Claim Trainee-0008T1 Description Allstate Insurance Company has an exceptional career opportunity for an Inside Property Claim Trainee in Lake Success, NY. In this vital role, you will be responsible for heavy interaction with insureds. You will be interviewing and taking statements as well as estimating damages and making settlements based off of the information you were able to obtain. You will be documenting claim activity on Allstates state-of-the-art claim system, and following processes that provide fair settlements or claim resolutions, customer satisfaction and excellent cost management. Qualifications Our ideal candidate has a four-year college degree, previous customer service experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and organizational skills, as well as strong computer skills. Candidates should possess the ability to manage relationships in a fast paced environment, while demonstrating persistence and problem solving skills. Previous contracting experience in the construction industry is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
