Description: - Inside Liability Claim Trainee (0008SU) Job Description Inside Liability Claim Trainee-0008SU Description Allstate Insurance Company has an exceptional career opportunity for an Inside Liability Claim Trainee in Hauppauge, NY. In this vital role, you will be responsible for investigating accidents to determine liability, corresponding with customers over the phone, obtaining police reports, and negotiating damage settlements. You will be documenting claim activity on Allstates state-of-the-art claim system, and following processes that provide fair settlements or claim resolutions, customer satisfaction and excellent cost management. Qualifications Our ideal candidate has a four-year college degree, previous customer service experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills, as well as strong computer skills.
