Enterprise Asset Management Analyst, Senior

Key Role: Serve as a team member for a large public sector real property implementation. Maintain responsibility for developing systems engineering documents according to IEEE standards and creating business process flows and business requirements documents (BRD), including business, systems, and non-functional requirements. Creating data requirements documents and technical requirements documents. Prepare for and lead Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions, conduct data gathering, and coordinate activities among all stakeholders. Work in a large cross-functional team and meet tight deadlines. This position is located in Washington, DC.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with general IT systems implementation and integration

-Experience with Maximo, TRIRIGA, ARCHIBUS, Manhattan CenterStone, or SAP EAM

-Experience with general real property and EAM industry trends

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with staff development

-Experience with programming

-Knowledge of federal government agency processes

-Knowledge of IT asset management

-Ability to work in a team

-Ability to develop and maintain client relationships

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent facilitation and organizational skills
