Responsibilities We are seeking a Compensation professional who has extensive knowledge of progressive Compensation programs and best practices.  In this position, you will be involved in the development and administration of many aspects of the Compensation function at BBH.  This position requires strong relationship management skills to provide Compensation consulting services to HR colleagues and business line clients.  You will be responsible for implementing Compensation programs, conducting job evaluations, providing market intelligence, salary administration, collaborating with recruiters on offer recommendations, developing and delivering client training, compensation planning support and a variety of projects that are firm-wide. Qualifications ? BA/BS in HR, Business or Finance with a minimum of eight years of compensation experience ? Experience in the financial services industry and with developing sales incentive programs strongly preferred; experience working with McLagan surveys is a plus ? Strong analytical, project management and process management skills ? Flexibility and ability to manage multiple, high priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines ? Excellent organizational and follow up skills with a strong attention to detail ? Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management in a professional and positive manner. ? Strong, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Access, Excel) and the ability to quickly learn other computer applications; experience with PeopleSoft a plus
