Key Role: Provide administrative support to project managers located at a client site. Schedule meetings, organize team celebrations and events, order refreshments and lunch, obtain signatures on project documents and file in appropriate binders, deliver documents to clients, and order and restock the office, coffee, and water supplies. Serve as the POC for maintenance issues, including with copiers and printers, distribute outgoing and incoming mail, make copies, organize workstations for new hires, and perform other duties, as assigned. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: -1+ years of experience in a professional work environment -1+ years of experience as an administrative assistant required -1+ years of experience in working with Microsoft Office Additional Qualifications: -Ability to be a highly motivated, a confident self-starter, flexible, and highly organized -Ability to work with minimum supervision and pay strict attention to detail -Ability to multitask and work under deadlines -Ability to take a professional approach, exhibit good judgment, and work well in a team environment -Ability to develop and maintain administrative polices and procedures for Booz Allen staff -Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills -AA or AS degree preferred Integrating the full range of consulting capabilities, Booz Allen is the one firm that helps clients solve their toughest problems, working by their side to help them achieve their missions.
