Internet Security Quality Assurance Analyst

A financial company in Wilmington, Delaware is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst for Internet Security. This position will function as the subject matter expert and will be responsible for the testing of production fixes, system changes, system enhancements and new product development. Position Requirements * Will use rate comparison testing & rating algorithms, as well as troubleshoot rating discrepancies and translate the rating related code as generated by Step files. * Will create and modify complex excel rating spreadsheets. Experience Requirements * 4 years of experience in Software testing and quality assurance. * Proficient in Excel, analytical skills, testing methodology experience. * Experience in property and casualty insurance with specific emphasis with personal lines automobile insurance, working knowledge of state regulatory requirements. * Good oral and written communication skills. Special Skills Requirements * Knowledge of Ratabase functionality, the adapter and controller and its interaction with the DRC system. * Knowledge of the SDLC process. * Understanding of end-user business applications, operations, system functionality and system processing capabilities and parameters. This is a contract to hire position, with a conversion to a full time employee expected between 90-120 days.
