The Respiratory and Monitoring Solutions (RMS) group is a Global Business Unit within Covidien. RMS systems are used to monitor, diagnose and treat respiratory disease and sleep disorders, and they provide life sustaining ventilation and oxygen support for patients. Respiratory and Monitoring Solutions unit seeks to hire Acute Care Ventilation Account Managers to sell Acute Care Ventilators and associated Field Services and Supplies to assigned hospital accounts. The Account Manager will have sales responsibility for Portable Ventilators to referral sources for the home, for long term care facilities, and the hospital. TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES The Acute Care Account Manager reports to the local Region Manager. The account manager is responsible for the achievement of their sales quota in their assigned territory for acute care ventilators, associated supplies and field services, and portable ventilation products and services. The Acute Care Account Manager is responsible for accurately forecasting sales, managing their sales pipeline, managing their time and territory account coverage, and providing market information and feedback. Achievement of customer satisfaction is essential. Will participate and attend specified trade shows and sales meetings.
