U.S. citizenship or permanent residency status is required by Treasury for such individual, as is execution of a nondisclosure agreement and compliance with other Fannie Mae requirements per Treasurys guidelines. JOB INFORMATION Report to the Director, HAMP Central PMO. Responsible for HAMP cPMO Compliance activities. Manage multiple projects and project managers. Lead activities related to analyzing business issues and future needs to identify projects that support the strategic plan, achieve business goals and objectives, and/or improve or streamline functions. Ensure that deadlines are met, issues are resolved, and customer goals are achieved. Track progress of projects and make adjustments as necessary. Hire, manage, train, develop, and evaluate staff. Develop, implement, document, and ensure adherence to practices and procedures. KEY JOB FUNCTIONS Manage day-to-day activities related to multiple projects within a business unit to ensure achievement of business goals and objectives. Formulate goals, identify key stakeholders, and manage relationships. Resolve concerns on highly significant matters. Develop business processes to manage projects. Align with other projects. Track, monitor, and report activities. Analyze results. Present insights and best practices. Manage project reviews to assess overall project effectiveness. Ensure consistent methodology and alignment with business unit priorities. Advise management of significant findings. Develop, monitor, and review project budgets. Verify expenditures vs. actual. Explain variances. Prepare and deliver status reporting to senior management in areas such as metrics, staffing statistics, resource tracking, SOX compliance, unit progress, issue tracking, and staff meetings. Develop, implement, and share best practices and tools in areas such as technology development, project management, risk management, change management, document retention and management, and post-implementation review. Identify and facilitate technology changes to support project needs. Develop, implement, and document procedures. Adhere to corporate communication standards and procedures. Obtain and provide required approvals. Coordinate and administer assignments, monitor team progress, and maintain schedules. Develop team members and provide ongoing professional guidance and direction. Responsible for collecting, maintaining, and managing NDA information; work authorization verification and tracking. Partner with Compliance & Ethics, Legal to ensure compliance with FAA and related regulations. Assist with the preparation of status and management reports; perform reconciliations, manage the monthly/quarterly compliance certification process. Qualifications EDUCATION B.A. / B.S Business MINIMUM EXPERIENCE 5 or more years of Compliance and Ethics experience in a mortgage related fields including the secondary mortgage market. SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Must have 5+ years Regulatory Compliance experience Requires very strong consultative skills, must be highly detailed oriented. Very good interpersonal skills with ability to work in a team environment to achieve individual objectives and organizational results. Should have at least 5+ years experience with all MS products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) and Visio. Should be well versed in Excel and Access. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity.
