At this level, the individual may focus on either of the client service activities as follows: CSR IV: Subject matter expert for internal and external clients regarding advanced medical or information technology support. Ensures proper documentation in client and patient records. Responsible for the communication of relevant results and coordinating appropriate follow-up with the customer. Evaluates client concerns, complaints, trends and recommends changes to accommodate client needs. Account Manager: Provides on-going client support to existing top line customers in a defined territory. Works in conjunction with the sales and client services organizations to ensure client retention and identifies opportunities for growth. Participates in troubleshooting and facilitates issue resolution and client communication. Basic Qualifications 7+ years customer service experience in the healthcare industry and a Bachelors degree in a related field.
