Successful candidates will be responsible for prospecting for new business, as well as maintaining and growing existing accounts in defined geographic territories. Successful candidates will: ? Have at least five years of sales experience in the database marketing industry, including consulting with executives about strategic marketing and increasing ROI. ? Have used and maintained a CRM tool. ? Be confident in presenting Mid Market Solution presentations to executives. ? Learn about your customers business practices, and offer solutions tailored to fit their needs. ? Remain knowledgeable about industry trends, and communicate pertinent insights to your customers. Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities: 1. Analytical and problem solving skills. Professionalism, interpersonal skills, and decision making skills. 2. Proven sales and presentation skills, as well as product and project management skills. 3. Ability to sufficiently understand the English language in order to communicate with individuals at all levels in the Company and with various business contacts outside of the Company in an articulate, professional manner. 4. Ability to handle difficult situations, make decisions, and deliver unfavorable news in a professional, results-oriented manner. 5. Self-initiative and leadership. 6. Knowledgeable about industry needs. 7. Ability to organize thoughts and speak comfortably in front of executives. 8. Ability to work effectively and contribute within a team environment and with clientele. 9. Maintain extensive knowledge of the industry and all Company products/services/systems in order to service and cultivate accounts. Education, Experience, and Certification: 1. Bachelors Degree in related field of study or equivalent required.* 2. A minimum 5 years of sales experience in the database marketing industry required.* *Minimum requirements needed to perform the job. Successful candidates must provide a documented track record of their success.
