COMSYS has a great new contract consulting role with one of our major banking client companies in North Jersey. We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst for the following role: PROJECT OVERVIEW: The GTS Global Billing project will enable the Global Transaction Services to move from disconnected billing methods and systems to a consolidated billing platform, providing improved revenue capture through leakage elimination, business growth through pricing flexibility (such as tiers), a common customer experience globally, delivery of global billing information to clients and standardized Product, Operations and Technology processes.. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Understand the GTS Billing systems and processes. * Understand and become a Subject Matter expert on the Oracle RMB product. * Configure new and update existing complex Pricing methods. Author FRD/Design for product customization. * Act as a liaison between business and technology teams. EXPECTED OUTCOMES: As a key member of a professional team with successful (on time, on budget) project completion portfolio, the candidate will provide superior product knowledge and process expertise for the Global Billing project. He/she will understand the Oracle RMB product and will provide knowledge continuity once Phase 1 of the project is delivered by the vendor. RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing priorities in a dynamic and demanding client service environment Ability to react and provide quick turnaround to business users and management requests QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of Pricing and Billing process in a banking environment 10+ years of relevant experience Knowledge of Oracle RMB product will be a big plus Knowledge of BILLING is HUGE PLUS Excellent writing, oral and organizational skills Candidate must demonstrate people leadership / management skills and the ability to multi-task Experience in working with users located in multiple geographic locations If you are interested, please respond to me at: Dan.Waskow@comsys.com Dan Waskow COMSYS
