We currently have a growth opportunity for an Inside Sales Associate to develop new business and expand relationships with existing clients for our dynamic and growing site, www.NewHomeListings.com. The Inside Sales Associate position is a great opportunity for recent graduates looking to gain sales experience, as well as real estate industry knowledge. The organized professional for this new position will work in an assigned territory and will be responsible for selling enhanced/featured listings while establishing relationships that lead to profitable returns. This position requires prospecting via rigorous cold calling and timely customer follow-up. Primary Responsibilities Include: Telephone sales and prospecting . Sell online listing packages for newhomelistings.com. . Develop and sell online listing programs for homebuilders focused on new construction. . Upgrade current customers and lock them into long-term contracts. Attract new companies through customizing schedules and promoting discount plans. . Create and send various written correspondence to facilitate advertising sales. . Send out promotions via mail, fax, or email. . Maintain contact database. . Travel to major trade shows to further develop relationships with existing and potential advertisers. Customer Support . Address complaints and solve problems in a timely manner. . Set up builder accounts, give performance updates, train customers on the self-service application and posting communities on behalf of builders. . Cultivate relationships with advertisers. . Provide customer service for existing and potential advertisers. Account management . Ensure that the customers needs are met once an order is received by monitoring order entry, production and accounting. . Working with ad operations to make sure listings are executed. . Process cancellations and "make goods". Sales Administration . Complete management reports and other projects on time and in format required. Qualified applicants should possess the following education, skills and abilities: . Associates or Bachelors degree, or equivalent . 1-2 years previous telephone sales experience. . The ability to close a sale and meet budget expectations. . Excellent customer service skills. . Basic industry knowledge. . Basic advertising knowledge. . Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Access. You owe it to yourself to work for a dynamic company.
