Front End Web Developer

Purpose:
Expansion means they are backlogged on web development - need to develop 5 Websites (this is increasing as their business is growing - for example last week it was 4 websites).

Candidate should have portfolio on display somewhere on the web - showcasing their previous work.

Candidate should have experience with XHTML/CSS,  XML, AS2/3, JavaScript and libraries (JQuery, MooTools, etc),  Ajax, FBML

Experience with Flash/Flex

Experience in Front end Performance Optimization

Knowledge of and understanding of Object Oriented Programming

Understanding of browser DOM and cross-browser issues.

Great Communication Skills

Minimum three years experience in web design, and programming in relevant languages (see above).
