This role is for a Talented Web Designer with extensive experience in creating original designs/layouts and developing HTML and CSS to build highly usable prototypes

MUST KNOW AND HAVE EXP. WITH MODERN AND CURRENT TRENDS IN WEB DESIGN.
The right candidate will have, Photoshop, illustrator CSS and HTML, experience with handcoding and visual designer
Ability to build visual concepts from ground up and strong graphic designing skills.
Experience designing a tool for interactive tools.
Candidates must have really sharp design skills, who can design modern, clean user interfaces for either a web page or a specific tool or an application.

Primary Responsibilities include:
Building multiple designs/layouts for UI concepts and translate these designs in a HTML template, adhering to web standards.
Visualize concepts quickly and cleanly through rapid prototyping methods.
Build optimized, standards based, cross-browser compatible HTML/CSS.
Contribute to creating and maintaining web design parameters, and visual standards.

At least 3-4 years experience hand-coding HTML, CSS and Javascript based on web standards and best practices for scalability and accessibility.
Ability to understand end-users from a user-centered design perspective
Excellent design and visual composition skills with a strong understanding of color and layout
Sophisticated design portfolio that shows a dynamic aesthetic range, suitable for a global enterprise.
Ability to build clean HTML code, utilizing latest, creative CSS techniques.
Ability to rapidly iterate through design layouts and prototype
Expert knowledge of multimedia and design software including Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver.
Familiarity designing for financial services
Familiarity with data visualization
