Need someone with Strong Communication skills ( Very important ) , someone who has experience working with various groups national/ global, Strong Investigation / Production ( level 2/3 ) Skills (3-5 years experience) in both app and databases. WINTEL and SQL a must. 3- 5 years Experience in Production Support, supporting all lifecycle of an Internet facing large applications.
This should include, supporting the application software in Wintel environment.
Proficiency in troubleshooting application software level Ability to support, document and follow-up issues found within the application Well experienced in Oracle and MS SQL Server databases with experience in troubleshooting sql scripts.
Proficiency working with teams around the world with good communication skills with all levels of people. Nice to have
Experience in troubleshooting system software level issues in Wintel environment with .net and SharePoint knowledge.
Ability work with different Technical groups in Client comfortably, will be a plus.
