William Paterson University (WPU) seeks an administrative coordinator and advisor for its On-Site Degree Completion Program on the campus of Mercer County Community College (MCCC). This position is responsible for day-to-day communications between MCCC and WPU faculty, staff, and students, provides information and advice for prospective transfer students, facilitates contact between students and other administrative offices on the WPU campus such as Financial Aid and Student Accounts. He/She organizes recruitment and orientation events, and works to ensure the success of these events. Qualifications: This 12-month position requires flexible hours including evenings and weekends, on a half-time schedule of 17.5 hours per week, which may vary depending on activity and demand. Familiarity with issues of higher education transfer articulation and process, admissions, advisement, disabilities, and financial aid programs and processes strongly preferred. Education: Bachelor s degree required. Master s preferred.
