Job Description:  POSITION TITLE: Associate HR Manager, Stores REPORTS TO: HR Manager, STores

PURPOSE: Provides HR Generalist support to the field organization. Assists in the creation, coordination, and execution of HR initiatives and programs. Provides HR support to assigned departments and functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Provides HR support to assigned departments/functions - Uses qualitative and quantitative information to assist function and department heads in executing HR business initiatives processes and programs efficiently and effectively - Partners with field leaders and employees to gain insight on employee engagement to inform retention strategies ? Provides operational support for the organization in the areas of Benefits & Compensation, Employee Relations, and Employee Engagement/Retention - Act as a point of contact to managers and employees on the interpretation and application of company policies and HR processes when necessary - Coordinates activities and communication related to the annual performance management and focal processes - Generates analysis of trends to include statistics on headcount, recruiting, transfers, and terminations - Conducts investigations in partnership with Employee Relations and HR HQ team as needed - Responsible for leading change and supporting business plans through organization design, change management and communications planning - Able to align HR practices to drive business strategy - Identifies root causes of organizational challenges and implements action to improve organization performance - Establishes effective employee relations programs and practices - Acts as a resource to business partners to ensure fair and consistent application of HR polices and procedures - Guide business partners through performance issues - Partners with legal and corporate compliance to ensure employees act and operate in accordance with company policies, guidelines, local laws and regulations. - Coordinate interviews at all phases of the internal recruiting process. Ensure consistent communication regarding candidate status to appropriate business partners including hiring manager, executives and HR recruiting team - Manage timely Exit Interviews for all Associates and communicate necessary feedback to HR and Executives. Keep accurate record of exit interview information and report back to business important findings. - Special projects to assess opportunities for individual and organizational growth, stability and effectiveness

QUALIFICATIONS: ? General knowledge of HR practices including benefits, compensation, employment law, performance management employee relations policies and procedures, learning and development and recruiting ? Ability to drive for results ? Strong execution acumen ? Well developed interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to partner and build relationships with employees and managers ? Ability to comfortably and effectively interact with and influence senior leaders ? Ability to manage conflict effectively ? Strong verbal and written communication skill ? Presentation and facilitation skills; comfortable in front of small and large audiences ? Ability to analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data ? Flexibility and adaptability; ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data ? Flexibility and adaptability; ability to successfully work under pressure, respond to shifting needs and manage multiple tasks at one time ? Strong project and time management skills; high sense of urgency ? High professional standards; strong customer service mentality, can be trusted to maintain confidentiality; is positive and possesses a • can-do? attitude ? Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills ? Minimum educational level: - Bachelors degree or equivalent ? Minimum experience: - 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources function
