We are located at: 11th and Market Streets, Wilmington, DE 19801 House Front Switchboard Operation - Hotel DuPont The main responsibilities for these positions are directing incoming and outgoing hotel calls and providing message service to hotel personnel and guests, setting up phone lines for meeting rooms, and other related tasks. Qualifications Minimum Requirements * High School Diploma or GED equivalent * Previous experience as a switchboard operator in a hospitality environment preferred. * Demonstrated ability to communicate orally and in written form. * Demonstrated ability to self-manage and make decisions. * Demonstrated ability to solve problems and resolve guests issues. * Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize tasks and timelines. * Demonstrated ability to interact with co-workers / customers / guests and be customer focused (customers would include corporate mangement, dignitaries and government officials. * Demonstrated ability to work as a team player. * Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with focus on quality and safety. * Strong listening skills * Strong interpersonal skills with a "guest first" mentality.
