Team Leader - Physician Billing - PDI

Department:  OB/GYN - 8100 Schedule: Full-time Shift: Day shift Hours: 80 Job Details: Under minimal supervision, performs functional supervision of team members and troubleshoots and helps resolves issues. Practice Dynamics, Inc (PDI), located in Reisterstown, is LifeBridge Healths premier Management Services Organization, excelling in both primary care and multi-specialty billing. PDI is planning to take its highly specialized billing, coding and compliance fields to the next level by expanding their services to other organizations. EEO/AA Employer.

Requirements: Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills; High School diploma or GED equivalent; IDX, ICD and CPT coding, Medical Terminology.  Must have recent billing and collection experience in a large multi-specialty physician or similar setting.  Must be computer literate and be able to multi-task among multiple tasks on a daily basis.  Supervisory experience desirable. Hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm.
