Health Division ? US Region This division accounts for total revenue of $750M. The Health Division is comprised of 4 sectors; Parma Solutions, Medical Research, Clinical Trials, and Professional & Education. This position resides in the Medical Research Division.

Responsibilities

• Assists editors with various phases of projects (e.g., answering copyeditor queries on manuscript, merging comments from the author, copyeditor, and reviewer onto master set of page proofs; • Returning phone calls from authors and contributors. • Provides rapid, accurate turnaround on proofreading and copyediting assignments • Provides general editorial assistance (e.g., checking contracts for specific information, updating editorial files)

Education and Skills

• Bachelors degree/equivalent • Minimum of one year related work experience. • Working knowledge of Microsoft office products including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Demonstrated proofreading, research, and organizational skills. • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. • Flexible team player able to handle fast pace, multiple assignments, and tight deadlines.
