Includes setting up the banquet rooms with china, glassware, and silverware, following specifications of the event order. May include delivery of food and beverage products to banquet servers. May include housekeeping responsibilities such as cleaning to meet prescribed standards. Qualifications KNOW HOW/EXPERIENCE: Qualified candidates will have: * Prior experience in a quality club/hotel/restaurant * Strong listening and oral communication skills * Strong interpersonal skills and a "customer first" mentality * Demonstrated knowledge and ability to adhere to quality standards for safety, sanitation and food handling PROBLEM SOLVING Qualified candidates must be able to: * Work with individuals and teams of diverse backgrounds * Handle multiple guest requests at the same time * Use good judgment handling emergencies ACCOUNTABILITY Qualified candidates must: * Learn and adhere to policies, procedures on safety, respectful work environment, and performance * Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance according to dress code/grooming standards * Act in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner * Be able to work autonomously and self-manage * Enforce all ABC requirements.
