The successful candidate will serve as the subject matter expert in the homemade explosives program and directly support a number of critical projects in the aviation security sector. Daily Responsibilities Continued The candidate will support a number of projects and assist with developing the test plans and procedures that are used in the course of testing systems that are being evaluated for use in the National Airspace System. Required: Years of experience (min) 6-9 Required: Degree Masters Required: Skills Knowledge of and experience in the Homemade Explosives (HME)area. Strong science background and solid oral and written communication skills are a must. Understanding of specifications and requirements associated with Trace Detection Systems. Ability to identify Trace chemical signatures and advise the Independent Test Director in matters dealing with HMEs.
