Technical Skills and Abilities:

Ø      In-depth knowledge of Infor CRM Epiphany Interaction Advisor solution, including Real-Time Studio, Interaction Advisor Manager and Real-Time Administrator.

Ø      In-depth knowledge of RDBMS and strong SQL skills, Oracle preferred

Ø      Active role in at least two Interaction Advisor implementations.

Ø      Ability to develop complex functions in Interaction Advisor using Java script code

Ø      Experience with data warehouse development and ETL methodologies is required

Ø      Exposure to Code Management/Change control management procedures. Communicate effectively with business users and gather requirements

Ø      Solid interpersonal skills

Ø      Ability to work independently or with a team to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Ø      At least 3 years experience in Infor CRM Epiphany Interaction Advisor development tools is necessary.
