Data Warehouse Analyst

Title: Data Warehouse Analyst Location: District of Columbia-Washington Key Role: Serve as a team member for a large public sector data warehouse implementation using financial and Maximo asset management systems. Maintain responsibility for developing systems engineering documents according to IEEE standards and creating Concept of Operations Documents (CONOPS), business process flows, and business requirements documents (BRD). Prepare for and lead Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions, conduct data gathering, and coordinate activities among all stakeholders. Work in a large cross functional team and meet tight deadlines. This position is located in Washington, DC. Basic Qualifications:  -5 years of experience with data warehouse implementation -5 years of experience with developing systems engineering documents, including business process flows, business requirements, and CONOPS -Experience with all Software Development Life-cycle (SDLC) phases and activities with a focus on requirements -Experience with a variety of front-end reporting tools, including Actuate and Cognos -Experience with ETL tools, including extraction, transformation, and loading -Knowledge of industry best practices for data warehousing applications -BA or BS degree Additional Qualifications: -Experience with creating and maintaining client relationships -Experience with staff development -Experience with programming -Knowledge of federal government agency processes -Knowledge of government COTS enterprise asset management and real property systems, including Maximo -Knowledge of government COTS financial systems -Knowledge of Oracle in a data warehouse environment  -Ability to work in a team -Possession of excellent facilitation and organizational skills -Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills Integrating the full range of consulting capabilities, Booz Allen is the one firm that helps clients solve their toughest problems, working by their side to help them achieve their missions.
