HUMINT Collections Manager

Title: HUMINT Collections Manager Location: District of Columbia-Washington Key Role: Provide HUMINT collection management support. Create, submit, coordinate, and monitor combatant command and Joint staff collection, including MDI strategy, development, input, and tracking. Monitor and track collection performance on command- and J2-specific requirements. Measure the effectiveness of various collection strategies against tracked requirements and recommend strategy changes to improve collection and exploitation. Provide onsite HUMINT technical analysis and operations support and plan, prioritize, and levy HUMINT requirements for sensor platforms and exploitation systems in response to time-sensitive collection operations. Coordinate and provide recommendations to adjudicate HUMINT collection competition among DoD customers. Monitor customer satisfaction, track and report the operational status of HUMINT platforms and collection impairments worldwide, attend working groups, and work with select commands, as directed. This position is located in the DC metro area. Basic Qualifications: -3 years of experience with requirements management systems (RMS) -3 years of experience with DoD collection requirements at the national level -1 years of experience with Microsoft Windows and Office 2003 -Knowledge of HUMINT collection -TS/SCI clearance Additional Qualifications: -Experience as a prior Military professional preferred -BA or BS degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
